Ben and Mallory’s engagement shoot up in Simi Valley was a culinary blast.  Simi is just north west of Los Angeles, so it was an awesome town to visit. Armed with aprons and a Pandora radio station, these two lovebirds opted for a kitchen photo-shoot; complete with chard-chopping, an herb bouquet, butcher knife battles, and a flour-fight!  It was so awesome photographing such an adventurous couple.

Ben and Mallory, thank you for inviting me to come capture the two of you in action. You guys have such fun together; it’s so infectious to be around!  I simply cannot wait to photograph your wedding at the Eagle Rock Center for the Arts up in Los Angeles this January! {>o<}
